I have spent three decades helping people plan for and live through retirement, and the part that still gets me is what happens when a plan actually works. Watching a client retire with everything in order, and seeing the relief and satisfaction that comes with that, is what has kept me in this work for as long as I have been doing it.

My focus has always been on the federal retirement system. It is a world with its own rules, its own timelines, and its own set of decisions that do not come with a lot of margin for error. Over the years, I have developed a deep familiarity with how those benefits work and how to build a plan around them that holds up when it needs to. What I bring to every client relationship is that knowledge, a commitment to finding the right solution for their specific situation, and the follow-through to make sure things actually get done.

I grew up in Linden, Michigan, and still call Michigan home, living now in Swartz Creek with my wife, Brenda, and our two kids, Madalena and Spencer. Outside of work, you will usually find me on the golf course or watching sports. College football, pro football, college basketball, and especially March Madness take up a fair amount of my fall and winter. I am a Tigers and Lions fan through and through.
